Josh's 28th Birthday

We celebrated Josh's birthday on friday the 23rd even though his birthday was the day before. I decided to do a full on meal for him and of course I had to take care of Maddie while doing this all. I don't know how the rest of you mom's can make dinner and take care of a bunch of kids when I only have one child to take care of and that's hard enough. I did chicken cordon bleu, rice pilaf, mandarin salad, homemade bread, these cucuber things w/ cream cheese and herbs, and Linda made the cake. Boy did I give my self a load. But thanks to my sister stefanie she came to my rescue(she knows I can't cook). So we had a blast cooking and I should also give Linda some credit because she started to homemade bread in the bread maker for me. We all had a great time.
